I have had to do System Recovery on my computer 3 times today.

I repeat... 3 times!

I feel like it's just gonna happen again...

Here's the situation:

I arrive home today and turn on my computer. My computer somehow got infected with some kind of malware/spyware and was acting weird. The only way to fix this was by doing a system recovery.

After doing it once, my computer seems okay, but the Internet wasn't working fine. Not only that, but when I restarted the computer the computer kept restarting BY ITSELF! It did this over and over endlessly.

I do a system recovery one more time and this time everything seems fine. All of my icons are still on my computer, I finally found out how to get the Internet to work, and I even surfed the web for a bit thinking everything was fine.

Unfortunately... everything was NOT fine. I go shopping for a bit and when I return 2 hours later I find that both Firefox and Internet Explorer won't work! At this point I was just cussing inside my head ("***damn computer! ****ing piece if ****ing sh**!"). So I do system recovery one last time. This time the system recovery takes a smaller amount of time. Apparently, this time around, the computer really did revert all the way back to the way it was when we first got it years ago in 2004 (all of the other times it kept saying it'd revert the computer back to "factory status" but it never really did).

Luckily I didn't lose anything important since all of the important files are backed up in a flash drive I've got.

So anyway... if my computer starts to restart itself all over again... what the heck should I do?
